My PowerBank
Overview
The critically homeless in London have little access to charging their phones/devices. Stifling their ability to access digital services like banking, networking and social reach. I created 'My Powerbank' enabling the user to charge their phone on Santander bicycles for free.
Approach
Initially started as a thesis on anti-homeless architecture. Concluded with the user pain-point that many homeless struggle to charge their devices. Then a three month User Research phase followed by two months of co-designing a working prototype with users.
