During my time at Policy Lab, I contributed to a variety of cross-departmental government policy projects, ranging from UK satellite infrastructure to the criminal justice system.
Due to the sensitive nature of some of these projects, I am unable to share specific details. However, I can discuss my work in broad terms, skills I honed and showcase some visuals that reflect the essence of the projects.
My role also involved conducting ethnographic research to gather deep insights for the needs and experiences of service users. I worked on numerous projects creating service maps to visualize complex systems and processes. Additionally, I helped facilitate workshops across various government departments to generate ideas and promote innovative policy solutions.
